Ingredients

  • 2 cups (470g) Full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (35g) Blueberries
  • 2 oz (56g) Sugar-free dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Method

  1. Stir Greek yogurt with monk fruit and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined sheet pan to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Scatter strawberries, blueberries, and chopped chocolate across the surface.
  4. Freeze at least 4 hours until completely solid.
  5. Break into rustic shards and serve immediately. Store leftovers in the freezer.
