Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (170g) Plain full-fat Greek yogurt (5%)
  • 1/4 cup Mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 2 tbsp (15g) Pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • to taste (optional) Stevia or erythritol

Method

  1. Stir vanilla and sweetener (if using) into the Greek yogurt.
  2. Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or bowl. Top with half the berries, pecans, and chia.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, pecans, and chia.
  4. Serve immediately, or chill up to 1 hour for the chia to soften.
