Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (170g) Plain full-fat Greek yogurt (5%)
- 1/4 cup Mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- 2 tbsp (15g) Pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- to taste (optional) Stevia or erythritol
Method
- Stir vanilla and sweetener (if using) into the Greek yogurt.
- Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or bowl. Top with half the berries, pecans, and chia.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, pecans, and chia.
- Serve immediately, or chill up to 1 hour for the chia to soften.
