  • 1 lb (450g) Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning (sugar-free)
  • 12 large Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup Salsa (sugar-free)

Method

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer 3 minutes.
  3. Arrange lettuce leaves as cups.
  4. Spoon taco meat into each cup.
  5. Top with cheese, sour cream, avocado, and salsa.
