- 1 lb (450g) Ground beef
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning (sugar-free)
- 12 large Butter lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup Cheddar, shredded
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup Salsa (sugar-free)
Method
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer 3 minutes.
- Arrange lettuce leaves as cups.
- Spoon taco meat into each cup.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, avocado, and salsa.
