Ingredients

  • 2 Keto bread slices
  • 2 slices (2 oz / 55g) Deli ham slices
  • 2 slices (50g) Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

Method

  1. Spread Dijon on the inside of both slices; layer ham and cheese between them.
  2. Butter the outsides; griddle over medium heat 2 minutes per side until golden and the cheese has melted.
  3. Cut in half and serve.
