Ingredients
- 2 Keto bread slices
- 2 slices (2 oz / 55g) Deli ham slices
- 2 slices (50g) Cheddar cheese slices
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Method
- Spread Dijon on the inside of both slices; layer ham and cheese between them.
- Butter the outsides; griddle over medium heat 2 minutes per side until golden and the cheese has melted.
- Cut in half and serve.
