Ingredients
- 1 roll Almond flour sub roll (or 2 slices keto bread)
- 3 slices (1 oz / 28g) Genoa salami
- 8 slices (0.7 oz / 20g) Pepperoni
- 2 slices (1 oz / 28g) Black Forest ham
- 1 slice (28g) Provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 slices Tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Red onion, thin slivers
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
- to taste Italian seasoning, salt, pepper
Method
- Slice the sub roll lengthwise (or arrange 2 slices of keto bread side by side).
- Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham on the bottom half. Top with provolone.
- Add lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar; season with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Close the sub and slice in half on the bias.
