Ingredients

  • 1 roll Almond flour sub roll (or 2 slices keto bread)
  • 3 slices (1 oz / 28g) Genoa salami
  • 8 slices (0.7 oz / 20g) Pepperoni
  • 2 slices (1 oz / 28g) Black Forest ham
  • 1 slice (28g) Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 slices Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, thin slivers
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • to taste Italian seasoning, salt, pepper

Method

  1. Slice the sub roll lengthwise (or arrange 2 slices of keto bread side by side).
  2. Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham on the bottom half. Top with provolone.
  3. Add lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar; season with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Close the sub and slice in half on the bias.
