  • 700 g Mixed ground meat
  • 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 100 g Mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp Tomato sauce (sugar-free)
  • 3 tbsp Almond flour
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs, garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Knead ground meat, egg, almond flour and spices together.
  2. Press half into the pan, add mozzarella, cover with remaining meat.
  3. Spread tomato sauce on top.
  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50-55 min.
