- 700 g Mixed ground meat
- 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 100 g Mozzarella
- 3 tbsp Tomato sauce (sugar-free)
- 3 tbsp Almond flour
- 2 tsp Italian herbs, garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Knead ground meat, egg, almond flour and spices together.
- Press half into the pan, add mozzarella, cover with remaining meat.
- Spread tomato sauce on top.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50-55 min.
