Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Italian sausage links
- 3 Bell peppers, sliced
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Method
- Brown sausage links in olive oil on all sides, 8 minutes. Remove.
- Sauté peppers and onion 8 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook 1 minute.
- Return sausages, nestle among vegetables.
- Cover, cook 8 more minutes until sausages are cooked through.
