Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Italian sausage links
  • 3 Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method

  1. Brown sausage links in olive oil on all sides, 8 minutes. Remove.
  2. Sauté peppers and onion 8 minutes until softened.
  3. Add garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Return sausages, nestle among vegetables.
  5. Cover, cook 8 more minutes until sausages are cooked through.
