Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Ground pork
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 3 cups Fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix pork, parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roll into mini meatballs.
  2. Bring broth and garlic to a simmer.
  3. Drop in meatballs, cook 10 minutes.
  4. Add spinach, cook 2 more minutes until wilted.
  5. Serve with extra parmesan on top.
