Ingredients
- 12 Jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz (225g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 12 (cut in half) Bacon strips
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Halve jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic powder. Fill each jalapeño half.
- Wrap each with a half-strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Bake 18-20 minutes until bacon is crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
