Ingredients
- 1/2 medium (75g) Ripe avocado
- 3/4 cup (175ml) Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Powdered allulose
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- pinch Pinch of salt
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender and add the almond milk, cream, cocoa, allulose, vanilla, and salt.
- Add the ice cubes last so the blender catches them properly.
- Blend on high 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and thick — scrape down once if the cocoa clumps.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve right away with a wide straw.
