Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium (75g) Ripe avocado
  • 3/4 cup (175ml) Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Powdered allulose
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Method

  1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender and add the almond milk, cream, cocoa, allulose, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Add the ice cubes last so the blender catches them properly.
  3. Blend on high 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and thick — scrape down once if the cocoa clumps.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and serve right away with a wide straw.
