- 2 large Avocados, firm
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1, beaten Egg
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet.
- Cut avocados into thick wedges.
- Mix almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dip avocado in egg, then coat in almond flour mixture.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until golden. Serve with ranch or chipotle mayo.
