Ingredients

  • 2 large Avocados, firm
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1, beaten Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet.
  2. Cut avocados into thick wedges.
  3. Mix almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Dip avocado in egg, then coat in almond flour mixture.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden. Serve with ranch or chipotle mayo.
