Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240g) Sugar-free tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup Monk fruit sweetener (brown)
  • 2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Method

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and glossy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or vinegar.
  4. Cool fully, then transfer to a glass jar.
  5. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Brush on wings, ribs, or burgers.
