Ingredients
- 1 cup (240g) Sugar-free tomato puree
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup Monk fruit sweetener (brown)
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Method
- Whisk all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer and cook 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and glossy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or vinegar.
- Cool fully, then transfer to a glass jar.
- Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Brush on wings, ribs, or burgers.
