Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Ground beef (80/20)
- 4 tbsp Butter, cold
- 4 Cheddar cheese slices
- 8 large Lettuce leaves
- 4 Tomato slices
- 8 slices Dill pickles
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Mustard
Method
- Divide ground beef into 8 thin patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place 1 tbsp cold butter in center of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties and seal edges.
- Cook in a hot skillet 4-5 minutes per side for medium.
- Top with cheese in the last minute to melt.
- Serve wrapped in lettuce with tomato, pickles, and mustard.
