Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) Chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Season wings with salt and turmeric.
  2. Bake wings on a wire rack 40 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
  3. Melt butter in a pan. Sauté garlic and ginger 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato paste, garam masala, and cream. Simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Toss crispy wings in the butter chicken sauce. Serve warm.
