Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900g) Chicken wings
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Season wings with salt and turmeric.
- Bake wings on a wire rack 40 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
- Melt butter in a pan. Sauté garlic and ginger 1 minute.
- Add tomato paste, garam masala, and cream. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Toss crispy wings in the butter chicken sauce. Serve warm.
