Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup (100g) Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- 2, beaten Eggs
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet.
- Mix almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg, then coat in almond flour mixture.
- Place on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve with sugar-free ketchup or ranch.
