Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup (100g) Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 2, beaten Eggs
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in egg, then coat in almond flour mixture.
  4. Place on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Serve with sugar-free ketchup or ranch.
