- 1 lb (450g) Cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 stalks Celery, diced
- 2 tbsp Red onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh dill
- 8 Lettuce cups

Method
