Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900g) Chicken thighs, cubed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp Tikka masala paste
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz) Diced tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- for garnish Fresh cilantro
- to taste Salt
Method
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and half the tikka paste 30 min.
- Sear chicken in butter until golden. Remove.
- Sauté garlic and ginger. Add remaining paste, tomatoes, and cream.
- Simmer 15 min. Return chicken, cook 10 more minutes.
- Finish with garam masala and cilantro.
