Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) Chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Tikka masala paste
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) Diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • for garnish Fresh cilantro
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and half the tikka paste 30 min.
  2. Sear chicken in butter until golden. Remove.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger. Add remaining paste, tomatoes, and cream.
  4. Simmer 15 min. Return chicken, cook 10 more minutes.
  5. Finish with garam masala and cilantro.
