Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900g) Ground beef
- 1 can (14 oz) Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 3 tbsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- for topping Shredded cheddar
- for topping Sour cream
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
- Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes and broth. Simmer 30 minutes.
- Serve topped with cheddar, sour cream, and jalapeños.
