Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) Ground beef
  • 1 can (14 oz) Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 3 tbsp Chili powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • for topping Shredded cheddar
  • for topping Sour cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.
  3. Add tomatoes and broth. Simmer 30 minutes.
  4. Serve topped with cheddar, sour cream, and jalapeños.
