  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove(s) Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 200 ml Beef broth
  • 1 piece(s) Avocado
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream

Method

  1. Brown the ground beef in oil, add onion and garlic.
  2. Add tomato paste, cumin and chili powder, stir.
  3. Add beef broth and simmer on low heat for 30 min.
  4. Serve with avocado slices and sour cream.
