Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 clove(s) Garlic
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 200 ml Beef broth
- 1 piece(s) Avocado
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
Method
- Brown the ground beef in oil, add onion and garlic.
- Add tomato paste, cumin and chili powder, stir.
- Add beef broth and simmer on low heat for 30 min.
- Serve with avocado slices and sour cream.
