Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla whey protein isolate
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Powdered allulose
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Method

  1. Add cold brew, almond milk, protein powder, heavy cream, cinnamon, allulose, and vanilla to the blender.
  2. Add the ice on top.
  3. Blend on high 30-45 seconds until smooth and frothy — the protein powder needs the full time to fully incorporate.
  4. Pour into a tall glass.
  5. Dust with extra cinnamon and serve immediately.
