Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Cold brew coffee
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla whey protein isolate
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Powdered allulose
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Add cold brew, almond milk, protein powder, heavy cream, cinnamon, allulose, and vanilla to the blender.
- Add the ice on top.
- Blend on high 30-45 seconds until smooth and frothy — the protein powder needs the full time to fully incorporate.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Dust with extra cinnamon and serve immediately.
