Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175ml) Cold brew concentrate
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Powdered allulose (optional)
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Fill a tall glass to the rim with ice cubes.
- Pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice — leave a little room at the top.
- Stir in the allulose if using; it dissolves quickly in cold liquid.
- Slowly pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon so it ribbons down through the coffee.
- Stir gently once and drink while everything is still icy cold.
