Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (175ml) Cold brew concentrate
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Powdered allulose (optional)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass to the rim with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice — leave a little room at the top.
  3. Stir in the allulose if using; it dissolves quickly in cold liquid.
  4. Slowly pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon so it ribbons down through the coffee.
  5. Stir gently once and drink while everything is still icy cold.
