  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 2, sliced Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Method

  1. Bring broth, ginger, and soy sauce to a boil.
  2. Beat eggs. Slowly drizzle into boiling broth while stirring in circles.
  3. Remove from heat. Drizzle with sesame oil.
