Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) White fish fillets (cod/mahi)
- 1 cup (for shells) Shredded cheddar
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 Avocado, sliced

Method
- Make cheese shells: bake cheddar mounds at 400°F for 5 min. Drape over a wooden spoon handle to form taco shapes.
- Season fish with chili powder, cumin, and salt. Pan-sear 3-4 min per side.
- Mix cabbage, mayo, lime juice, and cilantro for slaw.
- Fill cheese shells with fish, slaw, and avocado.
