Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (170g) Mozzarella, shredded
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 cup (112g) Almond flour
- 1 Large egg
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (56g) Mozzarella, shredded (topping)
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Microwave 1 1/2 cups mozzarella with cream cheese in 30-second bursts until smooth.
- Knead in almond flour, egg, and salt until a uniform dough forms.
- Press dough into an oval about 1/2 inch thick on the parchment.
- Stir melted butter with minced garlic. Brush generously over the dough.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with parsley. Slice and serve hot.
