Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz (45ml) Gin
  • 4 (30g) Cucumber slices
  • 1 tsp Fresh lime juice
  • 5 oz (150ml) Diet tonic water
  • 1 Rosemary sprig
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Method

  1. Drop 2 cucumber slices into a highball glass and muddle gently to release juice — don't pulverize.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Pour in the gin and lime juice.
  4. Top with the diet tonic and stir once.
  5. Tuck the remaining cucumber slices and rosemary sprig into the glass — clap the rosemary between your palms first to release its oil.
