Ingredients
- 1.5 oz (45ml) Gin
- 4 (30g) Cucumber slices
- 1 tsp Fresh lime juice
- 5 oz (150ml) Diet tonic water
- 1 Rosemary sprig
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Drop 2 cucumber slices into a highball glass and muddle gently to release juice — don't pulverize.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in the gin and lime juice.
- Top with the diet tonic and stir once.
- Tuck the remaining cucumber slices and rosemary sprig into the glass — clap the rosemary between your palms first to release its oil.
