Ingredients
- 1 cup (100g) Shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Salsa verde
- 1 medium Avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh cilantro
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Make cheese tortillas: sprinkle cheddar in circles on a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Cook until edges are crispy and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- Fry eggs sunny side up in the same pan.
- Place eggs on cheese tortillas, top with salsa, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
