Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Powdered allulose
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free whipped cream
  • pinch Cocoa powder for dusting

Method

  1. Add cold brew, almond milk, heavy cream, cocoa, allulose, vanilla, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until thick and slushy — scrape down once if the cocoa sticks to the sides.
  3. Pour into a tall glass.
  4. Pile whipped cream on top and dust with a pinch of cocoa.
  5. Serve immediately with a thick straw — frappés melt fast.
