Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Cold brew coffee
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Powdered allulose
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free whipped cream
- pinch Cocoa powder for dusting
Method
- Add cold brew, almond milk, heavy cream, cocoa, allulose, vanilla, and ice to a blender.
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until thick and slushy — scrape down once if the cocoa sticks to the sides.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Pile whipped cream on top and dust with a pinch of cocoa.
- Serve immediately with a thick straw — frappés melt fast.
