  • 60 g Parmesan, shredded
  • 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Method

  1. Wash and pat dry the calamari.
  2. Dip in egg, then coat in the Parmesan and garlic powder mixture.
  3. Arrange on parchment paper, bake at 220°C (425°F) for 10-12 min.
