Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup (100g) Shredded cheddar
  • 6 strips Bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Chives
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Steam cauliflower until very tender, 10-12 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Mash or blend with butter, sour cream, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in half the cheddar. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with remaining cheddar, bacon, and chives.
