Ingredients
- 1 large head Cauliflower, chopped
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup (100g) Shredded cheddar
- 6 strips Bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp Chives
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Steam cauliflower until very tender, 10-12 minutes. Drain well.
- Mash or blend with butter, sour cream, and garlic powder.
- Stir in half the cheddar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with remaining cheddar, bacon, and chives.
