Ingredients
- 12 oz (340g) Ground beef (80/20)
- 2 cups (200g) Cauliflower rice
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup (90g) Cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Beef bone broth
- 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan gum (to thicken)
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Form beef into 2 thick patties; season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté cauliflower rice in 1 tbsp butter until tender, 5 minutes; season and set aside.
- Cook patties in the same pan over medium-high, 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to plates.
- Add remaining butter and mushrooms; cook until golden. Pour in broth and coconut aminos; simmer 2 minutes.
- Whisk in xanthan gum until gravy thickens. Spoon over patties.
- Fry eggs sunny-side up in a separate pan. Plate cauli rice, patty with gravy, and a fried egg on top.
