Ingredients
- 1.5 oz (45ml) Silver tequila
- 1 oz (30ml) Fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Powdered allulose
- 1/4 tsp Orange extract
- 1 tsp Coarse salt for rim
- 1 Lime wedge for rim and garnish
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Spread the salt on a small plate. Rub the lime wedge around the rim of an old-fashioned glass and dip the rim in the salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Combine tequila, lime juice, allulose, and orange extract in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
- Strain into the prepared glass over the ice. Garnish with the lime wedge.
