Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz (45ml) Silver tequila
  • 1 oz (30ml) Fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Powdered allulose
  • 1/4 tsp Orange extract
  • 1 tsp Coarse salt for rim
  • 1 Lime wedge for rim and garnish
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Method

  1. Spread the salt on a small plate. Rub the lime wedge around the rim of an old-fashioned glass and dip the rim in the salt.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Combine tequila, lime juice, allulose, and orange extract in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
  4. Shake hard for 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
  5. Strain into the prepared glass over the ice. Garnish with the lime wedge.
