  • 4 patties (4 oz each) Breakfast sausage patties (Jimmy Dean style)
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 American cheese slices
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes per side. Set aside.
  2. Fry the eggs in the rendered sausage fat to your liking. Use a ring mold for round eggs if you have one.
  3. Stack each muffin: sausage patty → egg → cheese → second sausage patty.
  4. Serve immediately while the cheese melts.
