Ingredients
- 4 patties (4 oz each) Breakfast sausage patties (Jimmy Dean style)
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 American cheese slices
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Fry the eggs in the rendered sausage fat to your liking. Use a ring mold for round eggs if you have one.
- Stack each muffin: sausage patty → egg → cheese → second sausage patty.
- Serve immediately while the cheese melts.
