Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (175ml) Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Heavy cream
  • 3/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Almond extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Powdered allulose
  • 1 Cinnamon stick for garnish
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Method

  1. Combine almond milk, heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, almond extract, and allulose in a blender.
  2. Blend on high 20 seconds until uniform and lightly frothy.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the horchata over.
  4. Dust the surface generously with extra cinnamon.
  5. Drop in the cinnamon stick as a stir stick and serve immediately.
