Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175ml) Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Heavy cream
- 3/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Almond extract
- 1 1/2 tbsp Powdered allulose
- 1 Cinnamon stick for garnish
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Combine almond milk, heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, almond extract, and allulose in a blender.
- Blend on high 20 seconds until uniform and lightly frothy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the horchata over.
- Dust the surface generously with extra cinnamon.
- Drop in the cinnamon stick as a stir stick and serve immediately.
