Ingredients
- 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp Powdered allulose
- 1 oz (30ml) Fresh lime juice
- 1.5 oz (45ml) White rum
- 4 oz (120ml) Club soda
- 1 each Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish
- 1 cup Crushed ice
Method
- Add the mint leaves and allulose to the bottom of a tall glass. Muddle gently with the back of a spoon — bruise the mint to release oils but don't shred it or it turns bitter.
- Add the lime juice and rum.
- Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice.
- Top with the club soda and stir up from the bottom once to mix.
- Garnish with the lime wheel and mint sprig, slap-clapped between your palms to wake up the aroma.
