Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200g) Shredded mozzarella
  • 3/4 cup (75g) Almond flour
  • 2 oz (55g) Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-free marinara
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Extra mozzarella for topping

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Melt 2 cups mozzarella with cream cheese in microwave (1-2 min). Mix in almond flour and egg to form dough.
  3. Press dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a circle.
  4. Bake crust 10 minutes until golden.
  5. Spread marinara, top with mushrooms, olives, extra mozzarella, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake 8-10 more minutes until cheese is bubbly.
