- 2 cups (200g) Shredded mozzarella
- 3/4 cup (75g) Almond flour
- 2 oz (55g) Cream cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup Sugar-free marinara
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup Extra mozzarella for topping
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Melt 2 cups mozzarella with cream cheese in microwave (1-2 min). Mix in almond flour and egg to form dough.
- Press dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a circle.
- Bake crust 10 minutes until golden.
- Spread marinara, top with mushrooms, olives, extra mozzarella, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake 8-10 more minutes until cheese is bubbly.
