Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb (225g) Ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Taco seasoning (sugar-free)
  • 1 Jalapeño, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Guacamole
  • 2 Green onions

Method

  1. Make cheese chips: drop small mounds of cheddar on a parchment-lined sheet. Bake at 400°F 7-8 min until crispy. Cool.
  2. Brown ground beef with taco seasoning.
  3. Arrange cheese chips on a platter.
  4. Top with seasoned beef, jalapeños.
  5. Drizzle with sour cream and guacamole. Scatter green onions.
