- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb (225g) Ground beef
- 1 tbsp Taco seasoning (sugar-free)
- 1 Jalapeño, sliced
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Guacamole
- 2 Green onions
Method
- Make cheese chips: drop small mounds of cheddar on a parchment-lined sheet. Bake at 400°F 7-8 min until crispy. Cool.
- Brown ground beef with taco seasoning.
- Arrange cheese chips on a platter.
- Top with seasoned beef, jalapeños.
- Drizzle with sour cream and guacamole. Scatter green onions.
