Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dried hibiscus flowers
- 3/4 cup (175ml) Water
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Powdered allulose
- 1/3 cup (80ml) Cold water for topping
- 1 Lemon wheel for garnish
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Bring the water to a boil. Off the heat, steep the hibiscus 5-8 minutes for a deep magenta concentrate.
- Strain into a glass measuring cup and stir in the allulose while warm so it dissolves.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the hibiscus concentrate, then the lemon juice and the cold water.
- Stir well and garnish with the lemon wheel.
