  • 1 lb (450g) Italian sausage
  • 3 oz (85g) Pepperoni
  • 1 cup Sugar-free marinara
  • 2 cups (200g) Shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 Green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown sausage, breaking into pieces. Drain fat.
  3. Spread marinara in a baking dish. Layer sausage, veggies, and pepperoni.
  4. Top with mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
