Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Italian sausage
- 3 oz (85g) Pepperoni
- 1 cup Sugar-free marinara
- 2 cups (200g) Shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 Green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown sausage, breaking into pieces. Drain fat.
- Spread marinara in a baking dish. Layer sausage, veggies, and pepperoni.
- Top with mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
