Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200g) Shredded mozzarella
  • 3/4 cup (75g) Almond flour
  • 2 oz (55g) Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-free marinara
  • 20 Pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup Extra mozzarella for topping
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Melt mozzarella with cream cheese (microwave 1-2 min). Stir in almond flour and egg.
  3. Press dough onto parchment paper into a thin circle.
  4. Bake crust 10 minutes until golden.
  5. Add marinara, extra mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake 5-7 more minutes until toppings are bubbly.
