Ingredients
- 2 cups (200g) Shredded mozzarella
- 3/4 cup (75g) Almond flour
- 2 oz (55g) Cream cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 cup Sugar-free marinara
- 20 Pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup Extra mozzarella for topping
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Melt mozzarella with cream cheese (microwave 1-2 min). Stir in almond flour and egg.
- Press dough onto parchment paper into a thin circle.
- Bake crust 10 minutes until golden.
- Add marinara, extra mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake 5-7 more minutes until toppings are bubbly.
