- 1/3 cup (80g) Pure pumpkin purée
- 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla whey protein isolate
- 3/4 cup (175ml) Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Heavy cream
- 3/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Powdered allulose
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Add pumpkin purée, protein powder, almond milk, cream, pumpkin pie spice, allulose, and vanilla to the blender.
- Top with the ice.
- Blend on high 45 seconds until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Dust with extra pumpkin pie spice and serve — pairs with a drizzle of sugar-free caramel if you want full PSL energy.
