Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (80g) Pure pumpkin purée
  • 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla whey protein isolate
  • 3/4 cup (175ml) Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Heavy cream
  • 3/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Powdered allulose
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Method

  1. Add pumpkin purée, protein powder, almond milk, cream, pumpkin pie spice, allulose, and vanilla to the blender.
  2. Top with the ice.
  3. Blend on high 45 seconds until thick and smooth.
  4. Pour into a tall glass.
  5. Dust with extra pumpkin pie spice and serve — pairs with a drizzle of sugar-free caramel if you want full PSL energy.
