- 3 oz (90ml) Dry rosé wine
- 3 oz (90ml) Club soda or sparkling water
- 3 Fresh raspberries
- 1 Lemon twist
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Drop the raspberries and ice into a stemmed wine glass.
- Pour the chilled rosé over the ice.
- Top with the sparkling water, pouring slowly to keep the bubbles intact.
