Ingredients

  • 3 oz (90ml) Dry rosé wine
  • 3 oz (90ml) Club soda or sparkling water
  • 3 Fresh raspberries
  • 1 Lemon twist
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

Method

  1. Drop the raspberries and ice into a stemmed wine glass.
  2. Pour the chilled rosé over the ice.
  3. Top with the sparkling water, pouring slowly to keep the bubbles intact.
  4. Twist the lemon peel over the glass to release its oils, then drop it in.
  5. Serve immediately while still cold and effervescent.
