Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz each) Filet mignon steaks
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- for garnish Fresh parsley
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Season steaks with salt and pepper. Sear in butter 4 min per side for medium-rare. Rest.
- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and garlic 3 minutes.
- Add cream, mustard, and Worcestershire. Simmer 2 minutes.
- Return steaks to the pan, spoon sauce over. Garnish with parsley.
