Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Ground beef
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 Jalapeño, sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
Method
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain excess fat.
- Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Sprinkle cheese over the beef, cover and melt 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Top with sour cream, avocado, jalapeño, and shredded lettuce.
