Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Ground beef
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1 Jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded

Method

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain excess fat.
  2. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over the beef, cover and melt 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Top with sour cream, avocado, jalapeño, and shredded lettuce.
