Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 12 large Butter lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup Full-fat yogurt
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp each Fresh parsley and mint
- 1 tbsp each Olive oil, lemon juice
- to taste Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
Method
- Toss shredded chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper.
- Mix yogurt with garlic and a pinch of salt for the sauce.
- Lay out lettuce leaves.
- Fill each leaf with chicken, onion, and herbs.
- Drizzle with yogurt sauce and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
- Roll up and serve.
