Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup Full-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- to taste Salt, pepper, oregano
Method
- Mix yogurt, olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Thread chicken onto metal skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with grilled vegetables and a side salad.
