Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Full-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt, pepper, oregano

Method

  1. Mix yogurt, olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Thread chicken onto metal skewers.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve with grilled vegetables and a side salad.
