Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Chicken thighs, cubed
  • 2 Green pepper, sliced
  • 1 large Tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt, pepper, oregano

Method

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Sear chicken in butter over high heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and peppers, cook 3 minutes.
  4. Add tomato and red pepper flakes.
  5. Cover and cook 7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with a side of keto bread or salad.
