Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Chicken thighs, cubed
- 2 Green pepper, sliced
- 1 large Tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt, pepper, oregano
Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Sear chicken in butter over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and peppers, cook 3 minutes.
- Add tomato and red pepper flakes.
- Cover and cook 7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side of keto bread or salad.
