Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Italian sausage
- 2 cups Cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups Kale, chopped
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 4 strips Bacon
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
- Brown sausage in bacon fat. Add garlic and pepper flakes.
- Add broth and cauliflower. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Stir in kale and cream. Cook 5 more minutes.
- Serve topped with bacon crumbles.
