Ingredients
- 2 shots (60ml) Hot espresso (or 1/3 cup strong coffee)
- 3/4 cup (175ml) Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Sugar-free vanilla syrup (or 1 tsp vanilla + 1 tbsp allulose)
- pinch Cinnamon for dusting
Method
- Brew the espresso into your mug.
- Heat the almond milk and heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium until steaming but not boiling — about 2 minutes.
- Froth with a milk frother or whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until foamy.
- Stir the vanilla syrup into the espresso, then pour the frothed milk over the top, holding back the foam with a spoon.
- Spoon the foam on top and finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
