Ingredients

  • 2 shots (60ml) Hot espresso (or 1/3 cup strong coffee)
  • 3/4 cup (175ml) Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-free vanilla syrup (or 1 tsp vanilla + 1 tbsp allulose)
  • pinch Cinnamon for dusting

Method

  1. Brew the espresso into your mug.
  2. Heat the almond milk and heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium until steaming but not boiling — about 2 minutes.
  3. Froth with a milk frother or whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until foamy.
  4. Stir the vanilla syrup into the espresso, then pour the frothed milk over the top, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  5. Spoon the foam on top and finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
