Ingredients

  • 2 pieces (400g) Chicken breast
  • 200g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, cook in butter for 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Saute mushrooms in the same pan for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add cream and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add grated Parmesan and return chicken, cook for 2-3 more minutes.
