Ingredients
- 2 pieces (400g) Chicken breast
- 200g Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, cook in butter for 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Saute mushrooms in the same pan for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and stir for 1 minute.
- Add cream and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add grated Parmesan and return chicken, cook for 2-3 more minutes.
