Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) Chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat wings dry thoroughly.
  2. Toss with salt and garlic powder. Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
  3. Bake 40 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is crispy.
  4. Mix melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and coarse pepper.
  5. Toss hot wings in lemon pepper butter. Serve immediately.
