- 2 lbs (900g) Chicken wings
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat wings dry thoroughly.
- Toss with salt and garlic powder. Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
- Bake 40 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is crispy.
- Mix melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and coarse pepper.
- Toss hot wings in lemon pepper butter. Serve immediately.
